Network events

Connecting Minds

Connecting Minds is a social group run with Peers2Pals and Friends in Need.

We meet twice a month, providing a relaxed space to hang out, share ideas and enjoy fun activities.

Age: 18 to 35

Young at Heart

Young at Heart is a social group for people who are interested in staying active, meeting new people and having fun.

We have a coffee social once a month and an activity once a month. Come and join us and rediscover the joy of staying young at heart!

Age: over 35

60 and Beyond

If you are 60 and over and enjoy a good cuppa and company, we'd love to have you join us.

We meet once a month for a relaxed coffee catch up where we share stories, laughter and great conversation.

It's the perfect chance to connect with others and enjoy the simple joys of life.

Age: over 60

Wellbeing sessions

We offer monthly wellbeing sessions focused on mental health and overall wellbeing.

They cover a variety of topics designed to help attendees with practical skills and boost their confidence.

Each month we are joined by a speaker from Bucks Mind, who delivers expert tips on mental health and wellbeing.

Sessions include:

  • Wednesday 23 April, 1:45pm: getting a good night's sleep
  • Thursday 29 May, 6pm: understanding bereavement and loss
  • Wednesday 25 June, 1:45pm: discovering self-compassion
  • Thursday 31 July, 6pm: building confidence
  • Wednesday 27 August, 1:45pm: personal boundaries
  • Wednesday 24 September, 6pm: positive problem solving

Network socials

Network socials are twice-yearly events designed to bring together all past and present network clients to celebrate their unique journeys.

These events provide a relaxed, supportive environment where you can connect with old friends, make new ones and reflect on the progress you've made.

Join us for a fun and uplifting time as we celebrate you and the amazing journeys you've had with us.

Dogs for Good

Dogs for good: Ned and Lexi

Our Dogs for Good sessions are held every month.

It's a unique chance to interact with the amazing community therapy dogs, Ned and Lexie.

Sessions include:

  • relaxed outdoor walk
  • fun indoor play
