Register your interest

Warmer Homes is a scheme that provides a range of fully-funded energy improvements for your home.

These improvements could include:

  • wall and loft insulation
  • air source heat pumps
  • smart controls
  • solar panels

You could benefit if:

  • you are a homeowner or private tenant
  • your home has an EPC rating of D or below
  • your total household income is less than £36,000, or you receive a means tested benefit

You can see if your home has an EPC by visiting GOV.UK find an energy certificate. If your home does not have an EPC, one will be arranged free of charge if you meet the other eligibility requirements.

These improvements are funded by Warm Homes: Local Grant, which is administered by the Government’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).

The delivery of the scheme in Bracknell Forest is being led by Portsmouth City Council, in partnership with AgilityEco.
