This benefit is for eligible employees of Bracknell Forest Council.
Eyecare vouchers are available for staff who use display screen equipment (DSE) daily for a continuous period of an hour or more.
Vouchers are issued for eye tests and can be exchanged at any Specsavers optician.
If you need glasses for the sole purpose of DSE use, the voucher will also provide £50 towards the cost of the glasses.
Request a voucher
To request a voucher email HR: hr@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.
You need to provide the date of your booked eye test.
Once HR have received your request the voucher will be sent to you by email. It should be presented when you arrive for your eye test appointment.
Terms
The following terms apply:
- the vouchers can only be redeemed at a Specsavers opticians
- vouchers cannot be redeemed retrospectively
- there is no cash equivalent
- costs cannot be claimed on expenses
