Employee Assistance Programmes are designed to help you deal with any difficult or stressful situation which may impact on your personal or professional wellbeing. Vivup EAP is here to provide this support should you need it.
Vivup provides a confidential telephone counselling service which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to support you through challenging times.
Up to 6 sessions are available if required.

The Vivup website also provides downloadable health and wellbeing resources, as well as an online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme and an extensive range of CBT workbooks.
