Anxious thoughts and worries: November 2025

A 2-hour parent only session supporting parents to look at the best ways of supporting their children overcome their anxious thoughts and worries.

We will:

  • look at what happens when children become anxious
  • discuss the impact current events may have had on children’s mental health
  • identify techniques for helping children deal with their fears and worries

Entry requirements

To attend you must be a parent or a carer of a child currently in Bracknell Forest.

Material required for the course

Bring a notebook and a pen or pencil.

Teaching method

Learning will be through discussion, tutor presentation and handouts or activities to try at home.

How is your progress checked

Self-evaluation at the end of the session.
