Noise guidance for planning applications

This guidance document gives guidance to applicants and developers about noise. It explains how to meet the noise requirements set by the Bracknell Forest Local Plan (BFLP) (2024).

It includes:

• identifying developments that will need a noise impact assessment
• how we will test and judge any noise assessment report submitted in support of an application
• noise advice to avoid delays or refusals in your application due to missing information
