This technical guidance provides advice to applicants and the public proposing retail and other main town centre uses outside of our designated centres in Bracknell Forest. It explains the requirements set out in Policy LP 23 ‘Development of main town centre uses outside designated centres of the Bracknell Forest Local Plan (BFLP). It also explains the information that we expect applicants to provide.
It includes guidance on:
