The council has made an experimental order to prohibit waiting on the B3408 Wokingham Road. This is due to road safety concerns due to on-street parking in the vicinity of Blu Bracknell.
This is made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Dates
From Monday 14 October 2024 to Monday 14 April 2026. A duration of 18 months.
Effects of the order
The effect of the order is to introduce 'no waiting at any time' restrictions on both sides of B3408 Wokingham Road, Bracknell. This will be from a point 40 metres west of its junction with Stoney Road westwards for 238 metres.

Validity
If you question the validity of the order or any of it's provisions, you can make application to the High Court within 6 weeks from Wednesday 2 October 2024.
