Disabled parking spaces phase 3 order 2024

The council proposes to make an order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the order

The effect of the order will be to:

  • add disabled parking spaces - see schedule 1
  • remove disabled parking spaces - see schedule 2

Reason

To provide additional disabled parking spaces in the borough and to remove
those no longer required.
