Determined admission arrangements
Admission authorities (the local authority or the school's governing body) must determine their admission arrangements by 28 February each year.
You can make an objection to the Office of the School's Adjudicator if you think that any of the arrangements that have been set are:
- unlawful
- not in compliance with the School Admissions Code
- not in compliance with relevant law relating to admissions
To do this, fill in a school admissions arrangements objection form on GOV.UK.
