Cut It Out is a national training program that raises awareness of domestic abuse. Thames Valley Violence Reduction Unit created the program with Activate Learning. It shows public-facing professionals how to recognise the signs of abuse.
The training helps participants understand:

- how to start safe, sensitive conversations that may be life‑saving
- how to direct those affected to the right support

This training helps plumbers, electricians, decorators, and other tradespeople spot potential warning signs. It teaches them how to act safely and without increasing risk.
