The e+ card scheme is free to join.

It is open to Bracknell Forest residents as well as non-residents who work or study here and those who regularly visit the borough.

There is no age limit.

The application process

Changes to the application process

Due to coronavirus we have temporarily changed the process for applying for an e+ card.

Please do not visit Time Square for this service.

Complete the online form

To apply for an e+ card, please complete the online form.

Start your e+ application online

Send your photo and proof documents

Once you have completed the online form, you will need to send us:

  • a passport style photograph (to be printed on the card)
  • 2 proof documents (one showing your address and one showing your identity and signature)

Your documents can be scanned or photographed copies.

You must only post copies, not originals.

Types of proof documents

Proof of your address must be from an official document such as:

  • bank or building society statement
  • your most recent utility bill (for example a gas, electricity or phone bill)
  • council tax bill
  • tenancy agreement
  • NHS medical card
  • driving licence
  • optical or medical prescription
  • payslip
  • TV licence

Poof of your identity and signature must be from one of the following:

  • bank, credit card or store card
  • driving licence
  • passport
  • EU National or HM Forces ID card

After you have applied

When the enrolment process has been completed, your card will be sent to you by post ready for use.

Your first e+ card will be issued free of charge.
