Changes to the process
Due to the limited services currently available, we have temporarily changed the process for updating your details.
Please follow the instructions below. Do not visit Time Square for this service.
Before we can update personal details such as name or address on your e+ record you will need to provide the following information:
- your name
- your e+ card number
- the address we currently have recorded for you
- documentary proof of any changed information - for example, a recent bill, official letter or driving licence
If you are updating your photo please supply a recent, good quality, passport-style head and shoulders image.

You can log into your e+ account to update details such as your telephone number and email address.
