We get referrals from other teams at the council.
We like to meet in person and spend time getting to know you. This is called vocational profiling and you will do this with your job coach.
We know that looking for a job can be hard, so we will meet regularly to offer you support and set tasks to be completed to help with your work journey.
Once you have found a job, we will still support you until you are ready to work independently.
We will support you through the whole process.

- job training
- travel training
After you get a job
After you get a job we will help you:
- learn your new job through job coaching
- with your new employer if you need support
- become independent and will stop supporting you when you are ready
