Carer's emergency card

The Carer's Emergency Card gives you peace of mind that if something unexpected happens to you, someone will look after the person you care for.

If you fall ill or have an accident, carrying the Carer's Emergency Card will:

  • let others know that someone you care for depends on you
  • list your emergency contact details
  • give the contact details of Adult Social Care, if needed

You should carry the card with you at all times.
