What happens after referral

After we receive your information, we review all the details and consider the next steps to decide what will work best for you. We will get in touch with you within 7 working days.

If our service is right for you, we will offer you an appointment for an assessment. This will be in-person at our location at Great Hollands Square in Bracknell.  We do our best to arrange appointments at your nearest clinic location. After your assessment we will develop a personalised recovery care plan with you.

If our service is not right for you, we will discuss more suitable services that we think will be able to help you.
