From 1 October 2025, thermal imaging cameras will be available to borrow for free from our libraries.
Using this camera to take images of your home will highlight warm and cold areas. If you can, add insulation to the highlighted areas. This will help prevent the loss of heat generated in your home and you will use less fuel.
To borrow a camera, you must:
- be 18 years old or over
- have a Bracknell Forest library card
Reserve a camera
Cameras can be reserved by visiting or calling any Bracknell Forest library.
