Housing Delivery Test
The current published Housing Delivery Test results relates to the 2022 measurement. This covers the 3 year period 2019/2020 to 2021/2022. For this period, housing delivery in Bracknell Forest was above the nationally set threshold of 85% of the housing requirement over the specified period.
The council is therefore not required to add an additional buffer to its housing supply or produce an action plan. See 5 year housing land supply calculation for more information.
