The council proposes to make an order under Sections 81, 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order
The effect of the order is to introduce the new length of speed limit described in Schedule 1.
Schedule 1
20 mph speed limit
The entire length of Albion Road.
All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
