The council proposes to make an Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order
The effect of the order is to introduce the new length of speed limit as detailed in Schedules 1 and 2.

40 miles per hour speed limit
