The council proposes to make an order under Sections 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effects of the order
The effects of the order are to introduce the new length of speed limit described in Schedule 1.
Schedule 1
20 miles per hour speed limit zone

| Sopwith Road | From a point 128 metres north of its roundabout junction with Harvest Ride to a point 96 metres south of its roundabout junction with Ellison Road. |
| Watersplash Lane | From its junction with Sopwith Road westwards for a distance of 10 metres. |
All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
