Notice is given that Bracknell Forest Council is amending the Bracknell Forest Council (Control of Off-Street Parking) No. 2 Order 2024.
This change is being made under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act 1991.
The current car parking charges listed in the schedule below will be replaced by new tariff structures.
The changes in schedules 1 and 2 will take effect permanently on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
