Payment options
There are several ways to pay for parking at our car parks:
- cash
- contactless payment including Apple Pay and Google Pay
- debit or credit card (we do not accept American Express)
- within our multi-storey car parks you can pay using The Lexicon App
PayByPhone
PayByPhone offers an alternative way of paying by using your mobile phone. Once registered, you can pay by using the app, paying online or by calling.
A help video and support centre from PayByPhone is available.
Each car park has its own unique location number that you need to enter when paying. Signs in the car park will show this number. Alternatively, you can see a list of locations on the PayByPhone website.
The PayByPhone service includes the following features:
- text reminders and receipts
- email receipts
- VAT receipts
- countdown timer on the app
- the option to extend parking (within parking restrictions)
- multiple vehicles and cards added on to one account
