The Open Learning Centre has a variety of rooms to suit all sizes of event, from small meetings to large conferences.
Facilities
Facilities include:
- 2 large halls
- 2 IT suites
- 7 large meeting or training rooms
- 2 small meeting rooms
- free wifi
- large cafeteria area with tea, coffee and refreshments - lunches by arrangement
- photocopying and laminating
- 100 parking spaces - including accessible spaces
Most rooms have audio visual equipment and are accessible. We have a friendly team of staff available to help you.
Availability
Rooms are available during the day and in the evening.
Charges
The charges for rooms are:
- halls or IT suites £32.50 per hour
- training or meeting rooms £26 per hour
Refreshments, lunches and reprographic services are charged separately.
Reduced rates are available for Bracknell Forest Council events and registered charities.

Bracknell Open Learning Centre is a 10 minute walk from Bracknell railway station (2 minute walk from bus route) and is easily accessible from the M3, M4 and M25.
