Our courses are designed for enjoyment, employment and keeping in shape. Whether it’s to improve your work skills or wellness, there’s something for everyone. Courses are open to those over 19 years of age, so let your friends and family, neighbours and colleagues know.
Celebrating World Mental Health Day
Pop in and see us on Friday 10 October and try a range of free wellness activities. Experiment with watercolour paints, explore the benefits of `doodling’ and pick up some mindfulness tips. With a free cuppa and cake too, why not drop by and find out more about the range of wellbeing courses available with community learning this term?
