Material required for the course
Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Teaching method
Learning will take place in a group environment, the course tutor will spend time one to one
within the group if needed, demonstrating and describing the yoga poses and breathing techniques
Assessment
You will complete a self assessment at the end of the course.

Please note there are no sessions on 26th May and the 09th June 2025.
This is a non-accredited course and therefore no qualification will be obtained.
