A free 2-hour session supporting parents to identify and use the best methods of supporting their children to become more resilient and boost their self-esteem.

Entry requirements

Being a parent or a carer of a child currently in Bracknell Forest.

Teaching method

Discussion, tutor presentation and handouts / activities to try at home.

How is your progress checked

Self-evaluation at the end of the session.

Extra study required at home

Use the tools and resources discussed in the sessions
