This is a course for personal development for those looking to return to work or for general learning and life purposes.
Material required for the course
All materials will be supplied.
Bring a pen and paper for making notes.
Teaching method
You will work individually or as part of a group depending on requirements of the task.
Visual aids, discussion, debates and practical tasks will be used throughout the programme.
How is your progress checked
You will be assessed by the tutor using various methods. This could take on the form of discussion, quizzes or games.
Assessment
Self-evaluation at the end of the course.
