Over the last decade more than £700 million has been invested into Bracknell Forest by a range of key stakeholders. As part of this, the creation of The Lexicon, opened in 2017, is one of the biggest transformations the borough has seen in 75 years.

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) formed part of the previous government's wider commitment to level up all parts of the UK. The aim was to build pride in place and increase life chances. The new government announced a transition year of UKSPF funding from April 2025 to March 2026.
We have been allocated £327,000 in 2025 to 2026 and will continue to support businesses and communities to address identified local challenges.
