Dementia friendly Bracknell Forest
The council is working towards a dementia friendly place to live.
This involves creating a greater awareness of dementia. This is to help those with dementia to feel supported, valued and able to contribute within their community.
If you would like to help Bracknell Forest to become more dementia friendly, you can sign up to become a dementia friend or ambassador.
