What is Forestcare?
Forestcare is a 24 hour Telecare response centre based in the heart of Bracknell. We provide a range of Telecare solutions to both individuals and organisations. Our dedicated team is here every day of the year to provide support and assistance.
Services include telecare installation, Responder Service, Care Calls, lone worker monitoring, key safes, Pocket Pal GPS location device and commercial sector services.
We are regulated by both the Telecare Services Association and the Care Quality Commission to ensure the services we offer are of the highest standard.

Facts and figures
A customer can activate their lifeline for a variety of reasons. In 2016 we received many different types of calls, including:
- 1,530 ambulance requests
- 3,233 calls due to a customer who had fallen and help was required
- 2,628 calls for non-emergency assistance (excluding falls)
- 80 smoke alarm activations
