This programme is for anyone at the maintenance or abstinence stage in their recovery. At this stage you are attending 1 to 1 recovery support sessions and wanting to make progress. You are at the stage of potentially progressing to rehab.
To take part in our relapse prevention programme, you can self-refer to New Hope.
If you are a professional, you can refer a client to New Hope and the relapse prevention programme by making a professional referral to New Hope.
