Commercial keyholder response

If an alarm or fire panel on your property is activated who investigates to check everything is okay? Maybe you do not live locally or your property is in an isolated location?

As well as monitoring your alarms Forestcare can also provide a key holder service. So if an alarm is activated we can respond on-site to make sure any matters are dealt with in a safe and timely manner.

Our control centre is open 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, so can provide a key holder service day and night.

When responding as key holders 2 individuals will attend any call-out to make sure of staff safety at all times. Staff will also carry Pocket Pal lone worker devices to further enhance protection.

Forestcare is accredited to the Telecare Services Association and all staff members are trained to a high standard.

Please note, you can buy the key holder service as a stand alone option and do not need the security dialler package, although it is recommended.
