Residents are being invited to have their say on proposals to extend the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in Bracknell town centre.
The PSPO allows the police and authorised officers extra powers to tackle the nuisance related to consumption of alcohol within the town centre area and target persistent offenders. The order has been effective in reducing and preventing these activities during its operation.
We are proposing to extend the PSPO for an extra 3 years which would see it remain place until 2026.
The consultation runs from Monday 26 June to 16 July.
