Extending the Public Space Protection Order

Residents are being invited to have their say on proposals to extend the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in Bracknell town centre. The proposal is to extend this for another 3 years.

Council’s executive approves investment in SEND team

Bracknell Forest Council’s decision making executive has this week agreed to invest £350,000 in the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) team. The investment will help to increase staffing, provide additional training and improve processes.

Swap to renewable energy with Solar Together Berkshire

Residents in Bracknell Forest can now invest in renewable energy through a group-buying scheme called Solar Together Berkshire.

The scheme offers solar panels with optional battery storage and electric vehicle charge points as well as retrofit battery storage for residents who have already invested in solar panels.

Carers entitled to free leisure access

Carers wanting to support an individual with accessing Bracknell Leisure Centre are entitled to free entry. This is for up to a maximum of 2 carers or personal assistants.
