You can apply for resident parking scheme permits if you are a:
- residential or business property within the zones
- tradesperson
- service provider
- landlord
Properties within the private developments listed below, which are accessed directly from roads within a resident parking zone, are not eligible for resident permits.
The private developments are:
- Kelvin Gate
- Sabin Gate
- Winterbourne Court
These properties are eligible to apply for both the 4-hour and 24-hour visitor scratch cards. Make an application using the paper form.
