An introduction to Canva for beginners. Understanding how to create designs, use templates and edit content.
We will also look at how to utilise Canva AI.
During this course you will learn how to:
- use Canva to create posters, fact sheets, menus, social media posts, presentations etc
- use templates and applying formatting
- integrate images and text
- upload images for future projects
- how to write prompts for Canva AI
- how to print and share designs
Entry requirements
This is a non-accredited course. You will not get a qualification.
You should have a secure knowledge of using applications such as Word and PowerPoint.
Teaching method
You will learn by:
- Watching demonstrations
- Practical activities
- Completing activity independently and with guidance
Assessment
Ongoing assessment of work completed during the sessions by tutor.
