A free 2-hour session supporting parents to look at the best ways to support your children to get a good night’s sleep looking at tools and different parenting strategies to use.

Entry requirements
Learners must be over the age of 19 years old
Being a parent or carer of a child currently in Bracknell Forest.
Teaching method
Discussion, tutor presentation and handouts / activities to try at home.

Self-evaluation at the end of the session.
Extra study required at home
Use the tools and resources discussed in the sessions
