This is a course for personal development for those looking to return to work or for general learning and life purposes

You will:

  • explain what motivation is and why it is important
  • list at least three ways to improve your motivation 
  • share thoughts and ideas in a constructive manner 
  • identify personal motivators and barriers to achieving goals  

 

 

Entry requirements

This is a non-accredited course.  You will not get a qualification

No prior knowledge, understanding, skills or qualifications are required for you to register for this course.

Learners must be over the age of 19 at the start of the academic year.

You will need to bring:

  •  a notebook
  •  a pen
  •  a willingness to learn
