IT support

A drop-in session for those struggling with basic IT issues or needing help with digital devices. 

This is also an opportunity to practise your IT skills with help on hand. Bring your own device or use one of our computers.

Cost is £1 per hour

Drop in session - you do not need to stay for the whole session.

Term time only.

Entry requirements

Learners must be over the age of 19 years before 31 August prior to the start of the academic year.

Other eligibility requirements may also apply.

Please enquire at our job club to check your eligibility.

Material required for the course

Bring your own device if required.

Teaching method

Learning is through:

  • 1:1 support
  • access to online learning tools

How is your progress checked

No entry requirement. 

Drop into enrol on Fridays between 10am and 2pm (term-time only). Please bring one form of ID with you. Passport, driving licence or bank card are acceptable.

Discussion with learner, Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
