Learning at work week: Learning to learn

If school put you off, life got in the way, or learning just hasn’t worked for you yet – this session is for you. Explore why learning feels hard and discover how adults learn best.

In this one-hour taster session you will look at the difference between a fixed and growth mindset. You will look at why adult learning works differently from school, find out the many ways adults learn every day and start to build a picture of what learning could look like for you.
