Oodles of doodles: January 2026
          You will learn what 'doodling' is and how to apply this technique to personal journals, use it as an art form or as means of stress relief.
If you have a journal, bring it along. However, this is not essential.
This course is suitable for complete beginners or those looking for a creative and enjoyable way to relax or to learn a new hobby.
By the end of the course learners will be able to:
- explain how to use doodling as an art form or as a form of stress relief
 - demonstrate at least three doodle techniques
 - complete a doodling project using techniques and materials provided
 
Entry requirements
There are no entry requirement for this course.
Material required for the course
All materials will be provided.
You are welcome to bring your own journal or notebook.

Learning will be through:
- formal instruction
 - practical demonstration
 - discussion
 - individual instruction
 - peer evaluation
 
Assessment
An initial assessment will be carried out for each leaner to assess their current knowledge and starting point and what they would like to achieve on the course.
Individual help and instruction will be provided to each learner to support their progress.
