
This course aims for participants to feel more empowered, resilient and at peace with their bodies and minds during menopause.
Gain practical tools and insights to manage symptoms, enhance wellbeing and embrace the transformative journey of menopause with greater ease and confidence.
Menopause yoga is designed to support women at any and all stages of ‘The Menopause’ including peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
The course uses yoga and breathing techniques to help cope with physical and emotional symptoms. It is not aimed to replace HRT or any other medical therapies, more to complement them.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- provide women with a safe and supportive environment to explore the physical and emotional changes associated with menopause
- offer yoga practices specifically tailored to alleviate common menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, insomnia, and mood swings
- promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional balance through mindfulness meditation and breathing exercises
- educate women about the physiological changes that occur during menopause and how yoga can support hormonal balance and overall health
- cultivate a sense of community and mutual support among women experiencing menopause
- empower women with tools and strategies to enhance their quality of life and embrace the opportunities for growth and self-discovery during menopause
