As the BT box and Virgin Media box is private apparatus, we cannot carry out the works to these ourselves and have to get a cost for the works from the utility company.

You will need to pay your application fee when you apply online. 

Construction and any other fees will be advised following the initial site inspection if your application is approved.

You will need to pay in full before the works start.

Refunds

On inspection, if we find that there is insufficient depth for parking in line with our local policy detailed on our before applying page, we cannot refund the application fee or any other fee in relation to this application. We recommend you check this thoroughly before making an application.
