The team at Bracknell Forest Adult and Community Learning is delighted to announce the launch of its new wellbeing programme of courses for adults.

With a focus on wellness, the new programme contains a range of fabulous courses to help residents relax, refresh, and rejuvenate.

Why not get creative with calligraphy, or wind down with watercolour painting? Or maybe try your hand at journaling or creative writing? Also on offer are courses in managing anxiety and depression and even a spa day for your mind!

With courses to help you get moving and change your habits, there’s something for everyone.

Cllr Roy Bailey, Executive Member for Children Young People and Learning, said:
“The autumn term is the ideal time to start something new and Community Learning provides that opportunity. As we head into autumn, it’s a good time to prioritise health and wellbeing and I would encourage residents to look at the range of courses on offer.”

You can find details of all our courses on our community learning page.
