Bracknell Forest Lottery celebrates fifth birthday

The Bracknell Forest Lottery is celebrating its fifth birthday! Since its launch in 2019, it has raised over £170,000 for the local community and over £66,000 has been given away in prizes.

So far more than 100 local groups have signed up as part of a fun and effective way to raise funds for their valued services in the community.

Any local not-for-profit groups, parent teacher associations, sports clubs or other charities looking to fundraise in a sustainable way can register for free at any time.

Cllr Mary Temperton, leader of Bracknell Forest Council, said:

“We are so proud to celebrate the Bracknell Forest Lottery’s fifth birthday.

“Bracknell Forest Lottery was established in 2019 to help raise money for the local community. It is a testament to the charitable nature of everyone that has purchased tickets for all that has been achieved.

“Over the past five years it has helped to support so many valuable causes - very often the good causes that matter personally to residents in Bracknell Forest. We hope this can continue for many years to come.”

Supporters can win weekly cash prizes of up to £25,000 for just £1 per ticket. 50 per cent of the £1 ticket goes directly to the cause of your choice, with a further 10 per cent going to the community fund, which is used to further support local good causes.

If you enter before Saturday 23 November, you will also be in with the chance of winning the national super draw prize, a PS5 pro bundle or £1,000 cash! You can buy your tickets online or call 01344 590321.
