Free fitness open day at Bracknell Leisure Centre

Kickstart your fitness goals with a free fitness open day at Bracknell Leisure Centre on Saturday 25 January, from 10am to 4pm.

Managed by Everyone Active in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council, the centre is offering a wide range of free fitness activities on the day, including:

  • table tennis
  • badminton
  • pickleball
  • body combat
  • hatha yoga flow
  • dance fitness
  • body attack
  • body pump
  • body balance

In addition, free spa and gym sessions will be available with a chance to compete in fitness challenges and win prizes.

Cllr Iskandar Jefferies, cabinet member for leisure, culture, public protection and democracy, said: 

“This free open day is the perfect chance to see the fantastic facilities at Bracknell Leisure Centre- some of which were updated last year. 

“I encourage you to come along and experience the positive impact that exercise can have on both your mental and physical health.”
