How to pay

If you are applying online you will pay through the Planning Portal at the end of the application process.

If you are using a paper application form you can pay for planning applications and pre-applications using the online payment portal or by bank transfer.

Pay online

For bank transfers our bank details are as follows:

  • Lloyds Bank
  • sort code: 30-91-11
  • account number: 01250661

You must always use a reference when paying by bank transfer or online. Use 'R3PL' followed by the planning portal reference number (if you have one) or planning application reference number with the postcode of the site address.

If you are unable to use either of these methods, call Customer Services on 01344 352000 to pay over the phone.

Timescales

We try to register valid applications within 5 working days from the date of receipt.  During times where high volumes of applications are being received the timeframe for validation will be much longer.

The application documentation will be available to view on the online public planning register within 3 working days of validation.

All other application documentation should be available on the register within 1 working day of receipt.

We will acknowledge receipt of your planning application, giving you the date by which we aim to reach a decision.

If however, we subsequently find we are unable to reach a decision by that date we will write and inform you of the reason(s) and ask your agreement to extend the period.
