Do you, or someone you know, live in Bracknell Forest and feel lonely and isolated?

The Ark Trust's befriending service provides a circle of support and helps to build community connections. It is free for adults with long term health conditions or mobility issues.

If you do not think you are eligible for their support, do contact them. They can connect you to other organisations, groups and services that can help you.

Age UK Berkshire befriending service

Age UK Berkshire provide a free befriending service in Reading, Bracknell and West Berkshire. Their team of dedicated and caring volunteers visit clients in their own homes or speak to them on the phone. They provide valuable companionship and friendly conversation.

Keep Mobile

Keep Mobile are an accessible transport service for people who need assistance due to their age or disability. Their mission is to help people unable to use mainstream transport lead a full and independent life.

The Ark Trust

The Ark Trust run a volunteer transport service for people who live in Bracknell Forest and have reduced mobility or a disability and need help getting to places like their GP or social groups.

There is a charge for this service and you must book in advance.
