Apply for the community conversations fund

Bracknell Forest Communities Partnership is creating a 10-year plan to help local communities grow and thrive, and we want your help to shape it.

We’re offering grants of up to £250 to local voluntary, community, resident and faith groups to host conversations with your communities this summer. Your help will make sure that the new Communities Strategy is built on real voices, experiences and ideas from across the borough.

The funding can be used for

  • venue hire
  • refreshments
  • facilitator costs
  • materials
  • creative methods of engagement.

Apply by 9am on Tuesday 15 July. You can download the application form from the Bracknell Forest Council website and submit it to communities@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Community conversations should take place over the summer, with feedback returned to us by Friday 5 September.

If your planned activity will cost more than £250 or you have questions about how to get the conversation started, please get in touch – we would love to hear from you.

Thank you for your help with community strategy - building stronger communities starts with understanding what matters to you.
